Campaign Passport

Every campaign shouldknow who made it.

Not anonymous AI output. A record kept with each campaign: what it was made from, who is credited, and how its photographs were made.

Produced by Campaign Studio · The Concrete Wall

What it records

Read from what the campaign froze when it was made. Where nothing was recorded, it says not recorded.

The credits

Who and what is in it

In the order a credits page reads.

  1. Creative direction

Your brand, by its name. A brand with no name yet is not recorded.

  2. Cast

The model in the photographs, where the campaign records one.

  3. The piece

Fashion, accessories or jewellery: your own piece with your brand, or a designer’s piece with the designer’s name.

  4. Beauty and hair

The makeup look, and the hair with its direction.

  5. Styling

Kept from the campaign’s world, or styled around your piece by your brand.

  6. The World

The room it was made in and how many of its frames were used, or the photographer or set designer who sent it.

The record

How it was made

Every credit is kept as it was at the moment the campaign was frozen. Nothing on it is read live.

  1. Production

Campaign Studio, AI-assisted production, and the name of the AI model the photographs were made with.

  2. The photographs

How many were made, and every one of them on a contact sheet, numbered in the campaign’s order.

  3. When

The day the campaign was made and, where it was frozen before production, the time.

Who is credited

Each credit is copied in when the work is chosen. A name changed later changes a profile, not the Campaign Passport.

  1. Contributors

A designer’s piece, an artist’s hair, makeup or look, a stylist’s piece, a World a photographer or set designer sent, and a model who released their likeness: each credited to the person behind it, in their role.

  2. Campaign Studio

The studio’s own cast, hair, makeup and worlds are credited to Campaign Studio.

  3. Your brand

Your own piece, your creative direction and your own styling are credited to your brand.

Yours to open

It goes where you send it

It opens in the studio, inside your account. What leaves it is what you copy, save or switch on.

A contributor decides whether their Instagram and website travel with their credit.

  1. Copy the credits

For press, a line each, or for Instagram, in one line.

  2. Save the share card

For a post, or upright for a story.

  3. On their pages

Off until you switch it on. Then the people credited can show the campaign, with its name and a photograph, on their pages.

Licensed for your campaigns

What the studio makes in your account is yours to use, commercially on a paid plan.

Ownership

Yours

The photographs made in your account are yours, as far as the law allows. Where the law does not recognise ownership of an image made with AI, you hold a full, worldwide licence to use them for any lawful purpose.

Commercial use

On a paid plan

Commercial use needs a paid plan: Creator, Pro, Studio or Agency. Photographs made while exploring without a paid plan are for trying the studio and may carry a watermark.

Inside the photographs

Licensed to you

The studio’s models and worlds, and contributors’ pieces, stay licensed to you for use in your campaigns, each on the terms shown with it. If a contributor withdraws their work, photographs you have already made with it remain yours to use.

The Campaign Passport records who contributed to a campaign. It does not replace the licence. The Terms of Service say it in full.
