01

What about money?

Nothing is charged and nobody is paid today. Once you are accepted, you can already prepare your rates, so they are ready when bookings open.

Coming soonPaid bookings, with payments and payouts through Stripe. Until bookings open, no brand can use your Studio Model.

02

Can I take part for my portfolio?

Coming soonPortfolio collaborations will be a separate choice, off until you turn it on. Each one needs your approval and a written agreement for that project, even when there is no fee.

Until bookings open, nothing is made with your Studio Model for any brand, paid or unpaid.

03

Who will I work with?

Once bookings open, brands cast Studio Models for one campaign at a time, each made in the studio with its own World, styling, makeup and hair. You are chosen for one production, and credited in it.

04

Who decides what I appear in?

You do. Five permissions, each starting at No: makeup changes, hair changes, swimwear, lingerie and underwear, and alcohol campaigns. Makeup and hair cover ordinary professional styling. Any significant change to your identity, skin tone, body shape, apparent age or distinctive features needs your approval for that one project.

Coming soonSwimwear and lingerie each have a separate setting that allows Instant Booking in that category. Alcohol campaigns only ever come to you through Review Brief First, and only if you are 25 or over and do not appear younger.

The studio does not take on, for anyone: tobacco, nicotine and vaping; gambling; political campaigns; or explicit, exploitative, hateful, defamatory, impersonating or deceptive material. Alcohol and certain sensitive categories are review-only.

Nothing is made from your photographs unless you are accepted and you have agreed to it in writing, one statement at a time.

Read the statements, word for word

The statements, word for word · Agreement studio-model-intake-2

  1. 01

I agree that The Campaign Studios Technology Limited may look at the photographs and details I send, to decide whether to offer me a place as a Studio Model. A person reads every application. Nothing is made from my photographs at this stage.

  2. 02

The photographs are of me, and I am the person applying.

  3. 03

I took these photographs myself, or the person who took them has given me written permission to use them to apply and to make my Studio Model. I will provide that permission if The Campaign Studios asks.

  4. 04

No agency, management, brand or other contract stops me from licensing my likeness through The Campaign Studios, or I have named that contract in this application. I will tell The Campaign Studios if this changes.

  5. 05

I understand The Campaign Studios will confirm my identity, my age and my right to license my likeness before my Studio Model can be used for anyone, and will keep only the result of that check.

  6. 06

I have read the privacy notice on this form, which says how my application and photographs are handled, and I know I can ask for a copy of my data or ask for it to be deleted.

What applying is, step by step

  1. 01

    You apply, with private photographs

Now. Your photographs are stored privately. Only you and the people at the studio who review applications can see them, and they are never shown on a public page.

  2. 02

    A person reviews your application

Now. A person at the studio reads it and decides. At this stage only people read your application and your photographs, and nothing is made from them.

  3. 03

Your identity and your photographs are checked

Now, as a statement; the check comes after acceptance. Before your Studio Model can be used for anyone, the studio confirms who you are, your age, and that the photographs and your likeness are yours to license. It keeps only the result.

  4. 04

Your Studio Model is prepared, privately

Later, with its own consent. Only if you are accepted, and only once you give a separate, explicit consent then. That screen names the AI providers your photographs are sent to. The Studio Model stays private to you and the studio.

  5. 05

Biometric checks, only if you choose them

Later, separately and optional. Any automated comparison of your face, for an identity check or to check a photograph looks like you, is asked as its own optional consent. You can say no and have a person check instead, and nothing else about your application changes.

  6. 06

    You approve your Studio Model

Later, by you. You see the exact version and approve it, ask for changes, or say no. Nothing goes further without your approval.

  7. 07

Brands, only under a licence you agree

Later, for each use. Applying, preparation and approval give no brand any right to use your likeness. A brand may use your Studio Model only under a specific licence or booking you agree to, for the uses, territory and time it states.

05

When do I see the campaign?

You always see your Studio Model first: the actual pictures, before it goes into the Cast.

Coming soonWhen bookings open, you choose how brands book you: Instant Booking, within the permissions and rates you set, or Review Brief First, where you see each brief and approve it before anything is agreed or made.

06

Is my name on it?

Each campaign your Studio Model is in records you in its Campaign Passport, under your cast name.

07

What do I send?

Five photographs: face straight on, three quarter and profile, then full body from the front and the side. Natural photographs too, if you have them. You are not photographed for each campaign.

The photographs you send
  1. Face, straight on

The identity frame. Everything else is read against this one.

  2. Face, three quarter

How the features sit as the head turns, which one frontal photograph cannot say.

  3. Profile

The side of the face and the line of the nose and jaw.

  4. Full body, front

Proportion and stance. A campaign is a whole figure, not a headshot.

  5. Full body, side

Depth and posture, and how clothes will fall.

  6. Natural photographs

Optional Anything recent and unedited that shows how you actually look. Only if you have them.

08

Can I leave?

At any time: before a decision by writing to the studio, and once you are accepted in two presses. Nothing new is made with you from then on, and the studio deletes your photographs from its storage, keeping only the record of what you agreed to. Campaigns already made stay as they are, and a copy somebody already took cannot be recalled.
